Shipping Charges
Rates are quoted in your shopping cart and include delivery to you.

Claims
All claims for delays, damages or loss in transit should be made to the transport company which picked up the materials. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of goods to the carrier.

Availability of Merchandise
All orders are accepted subject to the availability of the merchandise in our warehouse. If any merchandise is temporarily out of stock, we will do everything possible to hasten the delivery from the manufacturer.

Color Variation / Suitability of Merchandise, Etc.
Owing to the variations in shade which are inherent in all tile and stone products, any claims for such variations must be made before the work is started. Suitability of merchandise is to be determined by the customer. We assume absolutely no responsibility for crazing, glaze wear or shade variations from samples or between cartons. NO CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE WILL BE CONSIDERED AFTER TILE IS INSTALLED.

Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to install products according to the printed instructions and information available from the manufacturers of tile and setting materials as well as the Tile Council of North America Handbook for Ceramic Tile Installation and Bulletins. We claim no responsibility for installation methods or failures.
