Q: Is it possible to pick up my tile in person to avoid freight charges?
A: We are not able to accommodate pick-ups. The tile must be shipped directly to you.
Q: Can I receive a discount for bulk-buying?
A: Yes! We can arrange a discount price if your purchase total is over $2500. Please contact us by e-mail or phone to discuss a bulk price. View our "Contact Us" page for more information.
Q: How can I delete or modify an order that I have already placed?
A: Call or send an e-mail to us and we will be happy to change the order as long as it has not already shipped.
Q: Where can I purchase adhesives, grouts, cleaners, sealers, etc.?
A: CALL US to discuss what we have available or you can visit your local building center or hardware store.
Q: Why is the sample price higher than the square foot price?
A: The reason for this is because the tile is a size other than a 12x12. Tiles that are 18x18 would have a higher sample price because they are more than 1 square foot. Likewise, a 4x4 would have a cheaper sample price because it is less than 1 square foot.
Q: How do I enhance the look of my stone or give it a shiny look?
A: There is a product called Enrich ‘N Seal which will enhance the stone as well as sealing it. You can also find Stone Enhancer or a High Gloss Sealer that will modify the look of the stone. We recommend applying a small amount to an extra/scrap piece to determine if the product will look the way you want.
Q: How many extra square feet or pieces should I order to ensure I have enough for my project?
A: We advise ordering at least 10% more than you need to allow for mistakes, cuts, and any other unfortunate happenings that may occur while installing the tile.
Q: Will I get the cost of my sample purchase back if I buy tile?
A: YES, the cost of one of your samples will be credited off your purchase, provided that you have ‘registered’ as a customer initially when you purchased your sample and then you must use your ‘account’ when making the purchase. Your prior sample purchase will automatically be credited.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Samples will be UPS'd to you. Orders will be shipped via an LTL carrier direclty to your home.
Q: How will I know how much freight is?
A: Once you complete the short customer sign in after you have placed an item in the shopping cart...your freight cost will be shown on your order before you complete the transaction. The cost is based on the quantity you order and your shipping address and assumes a residential delivery with a lift gate. The shipping cost is more than offset by the deep discounts we offer. Keep in mind that someone needs to be home to accept the delivery.
